2019 Lorenzo Forte - Folino Family Collection

Named after the Folinos eldest son, our award-winning Lorenzo Forte is a unique French oaked Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Forte, meaning strong in Italian, lends well to this bold red featuring notes of raspberry and dark cherry, ending with a smoky, peppery finish. Medium to full tannins enhance the full-bodied dark red flavors. Pairs well with hearty, rustic Italian dishes, hard cheese and dark chocolate.
