Created by our Winemaker with fresh, tart apples locally grown in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Gently fermented on French Oak, Bianco Cider features a subtly sweet & crisp apple taste with slight notes of toffee, honey & caramel. A refreshing sip you’ll enjoy alone or paired with foods such as creamy pastas, savory & bold cheeses such as gouda or blue cheese, and apple-based deserts.
