2020 Cabernet Franc

This Old-World Style Cabernet Franc is complex with well-rounded tannins and balancing acidity. It has aromas of flint, violets, red currant and red cherry. On the palate you'll find blackberries, dried cherries, dark chocolate and a hint of black peppercorns. 

This wine is very versatile and pairs deliciously with savory and herb-driven dishes, grilled steaks and chops, lightly spiced fare and a variety of vegetarian dishes including grilled artichokes, Portobello mushrooms and olives. The acidity in the wine is a great match for the texture of creamy cheeses like Chevre, Boursin, or  Camembert.
