2021 Barbera

Our Barbera has a bright acidity, and soft tannins with flavors and aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry, plum, and dried herbs. Oak aging is evident in its smoky, cedar, and spice notes.  This savory and approachable wine is an ideal pairing with grilled and smoked meats, stews, tomato-based sauces, herb sauces, grilled or roasted chicken, roasted vegetables, mushrooms, and hard cheeses.
