2022 Teodoro - Folino Family Collection

Named after the Folinos third son, Teodoro, this sparkling wine comprised of 100% Teroldego is produced utilizing the Charmat method of winemaking.

Featuring notes of fresh raspberries, red currant and elderberries, this robust red wine is a surprisingly versatile food pairing, lending itself well to heavier meats, cream-based pastas and with a sweet component like cranberry sauce or chocolate mousse. 

Made 100% with Teroldego grapes grown from our vineyard.
