2022 Pinot Noir

Our Pinot Noir is well-structured with bright acidity and grippy medium tannins, displaying characteristic savory and sweet notes of red cherry accented by earthy aromas, dried herbs, rose petals, black tea, and toast.  This wine will pair beautifully with lamb, roasted duck, brisket, charcuterie, mushroom dishes, roasted vegetables, and Parmesan cheese.
