2022 Sauvignon Blanc

Crisp, and intensely aromatic, our Sauvignon Blanc has bright acidity with notes of passionfruit, gooseberry, ripe melon, grapefruit and lemongrass.  It pairs perfectly with fresh green herbs, white flaky fish, calamari, herbed chicken, pork tenderloin, vegetable quiche, asparagus, Parmesan cheese and goat cheese.
