Shipping & Returns



We use FED EX Ground Shipping for all our shipping. Depending upon your state, delivery is 3-14 business days. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please note, orders and shipments are only process Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.  Orders place outside of these hours will be process the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated after you have added items to your shopping cart and are based on size, weight, and zone chosen. 

Occasionally some items are temporarily out of stock. You will be notified of any shipping delay at the time of order. 

All wine orders must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years, and that age verification and signature will be required upon receipt of your wine. No wine will be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons and any person unable to provide age verification will forfeit their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances the order may either be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced or shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer. 

Extreme Weather Shipping Policy: During times of extreme heat or cold, we will hold your purchase until we can ensure safer travel. If the weather is extreme, we will contact you via email and let you know that we are holding your delivery until a better time. If you opt to have your order shipped during extreme weather, Brooklyn Winery cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery and cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Utah, Rhode Island & Delaware.




Folino Estate Winery is passionate about offering hand crafted wines. While we will do whatever we can to ensure that you are satisfied, due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns of bottles of wine that arrive damaged.  Please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange or refund. or 484-866-9098. 



Standard Returns: Most products in new condition may be returned up to 30 days after delivery. We cannot accept items that have been opened or tampered with.  You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. To process a standard return, please contact customer service at or 484-866-9098. 

Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Shipping charged for the return item and the replacement will be on us.  To return a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service at or 484-866-9098. 



Event tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.  



Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash.
